Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales roles within IT staffing, recruitment, or technology-based services in Mexico.
- Proven ability to engage with C-level and senior stakeholders in Mexican enterprises or multinational companies.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Mexico’s IT market, nearshore outsourcing models, and local labor trends.
- Proficiency in managing complex sales cycles and balancing multiple client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote IT staffing and recruitment services in Mexico.
- Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers, including HR and technology leaders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., recruitment, delivery) to ensure high-quality service for clients.
- Monitor and analyze local market trends, adjusting sales approaches to stay competitive and maximize growth.
