Requirements
- Proven experience in a BDR or sales development role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Ability to commit to a strict 9-5 CST work schedule.
- Deep understanding of long sales cycles and experience managing high-worth, complex accounts.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to navigate bureaucratic vendor systems effectively.
- Strong self-discipline and ability to work independently in a startup environment.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Proficiency with HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience in cold emailing and lead qualification.
- Prior experience working with home health agencies or clinical coding services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding call volume KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 50 outbound cold calls daily to engage decision-makers at home health agencies and health systems.
- Navigate and complete complex application service vendor processes to initiate partnerships with large-scale contractual facilities.
- Qualify leads and move prospects through the initial stages of the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the internal deal-making team to hand off warm leads for closing.
- Manage and track all activity within the CRM to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to contract.
- Maintain a consistent 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST schedule to ensure maximum alignment with the North American market.
