Requirements
- Proven experience in the logistics industry, preferably with a focus on the UK market.
- Demonstrated track record in business development, lead generation, and closing new business.
- Exceptional English communication skills with a neutral accent and a professional email writing style.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and digital sales tools.
- Ability to work independently with high initiative and a results-driven mindset.
- Must be available to work UK business hours (8:00 AM โ 5:00 PM GMT).
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across road, air, sea freight, and warehousing services.
- Proactively build and manage a robust sales pipeline through independent outreach and lead generation.
- Lead client meetings and presentations to showcase end-to-end logistics solutions.
- Convert prospects into active accounts with a target of acquiring 4โ6 new clients per month.
- Maintain meticulous records within the CRM to track communication and pipeline health.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
