Requirements
- 5+ years in BD or sales carrying a quota in gaming, AdTech, MarTech, or high-growth B2B SaaS
- Track record of high-velocity selling with repeatable playbooks
- Experience building a pipeline from scratch in a new region or market category
- Self-starting mindset and ability to operate autonomously
- Strategic and commercial intuition with executive-level pitching experience
- Operational excellence in CRM and revenue forecasting
- High learning velocity to adapt to new products and monetization models
Responsibilities
- Originate and close large commercial partnerships with top-tier game studios and publishers across North America and LATAM
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of strategic opportunities and consistently exceed revenue targets
- Own the end-to-end GTM for the region, from market segmentation and outreach to negotiation, executive alignment, and contract signature
- Represent Immutable at key conferences and industry events
- Provide regional insights and customer feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing
- Run disciplined deal cycles through forecasting accuracy, CRM excellence, and clear communication
