Requirements

  • 5+ years in BD or sales carrying a quota in gaming, AdTech, MarTech, or high-growth B2B SaaS
  • Track record of high-velocity selling with repeatable playbooks
  • Experience building a pipeline from scratch in a new region or market category
  • Self-starting mindset and ability to operate autonomously
  • Strategic and commercial intuition with executive-level pitching experience
  • Operational excellence in CRM and revenue forecasting
  • High learning velocity to adapt to new products and monetization models

Responsibilities

  • Originate and close large commercial partnerships with top-tier game studios and publishers across North America and LATAM
  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of strategic opportunities and consistently exceed revenue targets
  • Own the end-to-end GTM for the region, from market segmentation and outreach to negotiation, executive alignment, and contract signature
  • Represent Immutable at key conferences and industry events
  • Provide regional insights and customer feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing
  • Run disciplined deal cycles through forecasting accuracy, CRM excellence, and clear communication
