- Develop and execute near and long-term business development strategies/campaigns to drive business opportunities in alignment with Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Strategic Plan objectives.
- Lead, plan, and ensure successful execution of business development efforts including the end-to-end capture lifecycle and strategic planning process.
- Engage customers and vendors to understand and shape pre-solicitation efforts.
- Fulfill requests for information (RFI), requests for proposals (RFP), and other partner and customer requests.
- Track emerging markets and trends; propose and develop solutions including new offerings or strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with technology development, product development, finance, and marketing teams to yield long-term business growth.
- Attend industry events to establish the company, network, and strengthen external relationships.
