Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in GTM enablement, revenue enablement, or sales L&D.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams.
  • Proven track record of tying enablement outcomes to revenue metrics.
  • Deep experience enabling sales, implementation, and post-sales teams in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience designing/governing structured learning programs and onboarding paths.
  • Skilled in program governance frameworks and capacity management.
  • Comfort operating with executive stakeholders and influencing prioritization.
  • Familiarity with Highspot or comparable sales enablement platforms.
  • Experience with eLearning tools such as Articulate or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify gaps and drive program focus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach four enablement ICs focused on Sales, Implementation, CSM, and Client-Facing training.
  • Translate executive strategic direction into a quarterly enablement roadmap.
  • Design and deliver monthly leadership readiness sessions and coaching frameworks.
  • Govern enablement programs via a launch-tier framework and manage Highspot asset organization.
  • Own performance against revenue metrics including CARR, activation, expansion, and retention.
  • Develop and expand asynchronous learning programs using Articulate.
  • Partner with VP Marketing and PMM to align field training with messaging and positioning.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives including regulatory compliance and new hire onboarding.
