Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in GTM, Revenue, Sales, or Customer Success Enablement
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales or sales-adjacent roles
  • Proven experience building enablement programs from scratch
  • Experience enabling multiple GTM roles
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales motions and complex customer buying journeys
  • Strong understanding of how enablement drives revenue outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong program management skills with a bias toward action
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in enablement or learning contexts

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deliver enablement programs that support core GTM motions across Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success
  • Create onboarding and ongoing enablement experiences that accelerate time-to-productivity
  • Translate complex product concepts into practical messaging, tools, and resources
  • Develop playbooks, frameworks, and role-based resources for real customer interactions
  • Coach individual contributors on GTM skills and support frontline managers with coaching frameworks
  • Partner with Global Training & Enablement and cross-functional teams like Product and RevOps
  • Use and pilot AI-powered tools to scale enablement impact
  • Track enablement impact using metrics like ramp time, adoption, and execution quality
