Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in GTM, Revenue, Sales, or Customer Success Enablement
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales or sales-adjacent roles
- Proven experience building enablement programs from scratch
- Experience enabling multiple GTM roles
- Familiarity with enterprise sales motions and complex customer buying journeys
- Strong understanding of how enablement drives revenue outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong program management skills with a bias toward action
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in enablement or learning contexts
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver enablement programs that support core GTM motions across Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success
- Create onboarding and ongoing enablement experiences that accelerate time-to-productivity
- Translate complex product concepts into practical messaging, tools, and resources
- Develop playbooks, frameworks, and role-based resources for real customer interactions
- Coach individual contributors on GTM skills and support frontline managers with coaching frameworks
- Partner with Global Training & Enablement and cross-functional teams like Product and RevOps
- Use and pilot AI-powered tools to scale enablement impact
- Track enablement impact using metrics like ramp time, adoption, and execution quality
