Requirements
- 7 years of direct experience with a bachelor's degree or 9 years of relevant experience.
- 3 years of experience in a supervisory, project, or technical leadership capacity.
- Strong project management experience and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and other CRM/ERP systems.
- Experience in change management across complex organizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong technology fluency.
- PMP or Agile certification is strongly preferred.
- MBA degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive PMO responsible for strategic best practices and executing product delivery and digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop organizational project management and product delivery capabilities, standards and behaviors.
- Lead change management strategy including stakeholder assessment, impact analysis, and adoption measurement.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to drive operational excellence.
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and spending plans.
