- Experience in nuclear, energy, or highly regulated industries.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for manufacturing processes.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
- Ensure adherence to nuclear safety culture and EHS standards.
- Coach and mentor design and manufacturing teams.
- Manage project portfolios, budgets, and timelines.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on continuous improvement targets.
- Support knowledge transfer through training programs.
