- 5+ years in a leadership role managing Field Medical teams
- 5+ years of lung targeted therapy experience
- Demonstrated expertise in oncology
- Proven experience in recruiting, hiring, and retaining Field Medical talent
- Experience creating departmental capabilities, processes, and procedures
- Global product launch experience
- Thorough understanding of PhRMA guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a regional field medical team
- Oversee regional field implementation plan and monitor KPIs
- Drive regional thought leader engagement strategy and foster scientific exchange
- Lead insight generation strategies and launch planning
- Recruit, hire, and onboard team members
- Mentor and identify professional development opportunities for direct reports
- Oversee stakeholder engagement strategy across academic and community centers
- Collaborate across Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams
- Develop site identification and clinical trial support plans
