  • Lead individual and group portfolio review meetings and strategy sessions
  • Coordinate clearance system for prospects
  • Monitor prospect pool and forecast. Provide relevant and timely information and analysis to optimize portfolio(s)
  • Recommend improvements or modifications to the prospect tracking system and reports; serve as subject matter expert for effective use of the system to track prospects
  • Perform other duties in support of foundation’s prospect management and research efforts as assigned
