Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance operations, controllership, or international accounting.
- Demonstrated ownership of complex global or multi-entity finance processes.
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in a public company with SOX-controlled environment.
- Strong project and program management skills.
- Hands-on execution capability.
- Practical understanding of public-company controls.
- Biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the finance workstream for entry into new countries and jurisdictions.
- Develop and improve global finance launch playbook (workplans, timelines, RACI matrices).
- Serve as U.S.-based interim finance lead for new markets.
- Define, document, and govern finance and accounting processes internationally.
- Lead handoff to local finance leads or third-party providers.
- Design and run monthly business review processes and financial reporting packages.
- Maintain communication with global business partners for regulatory and transaction developments.
- Partner with Technical Accounting, Corporate Accounting, and SEC teams.
