Requirements
- Proven business development success
- Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in Korean
- Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency
- Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- Able to think strategically and tactically
- Self starter, proactive and diligent work ethic
Responsibilities
- Respond, engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
- Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to them to book appointments for Account Executives
- Clearly communicating Remote's value propositions to prospects
- Providing support to Account Executive team as needed
- Educating and developing prospects leading to hand-off
- Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts
- Cold call into prospects
- Identify key players and research business requirements
