Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations, marketplace management, mobility, or logistics.
- Experience in a multi-market or regional leadership role.
- Proven people leadership experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Operational governance expertise (SOPs, cadence, performance processes).
- Understanding of local market dynamics (supply/demand, competition, regulation).
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-destination team and develop Destination Managers.
- Monitor key metrics and drive corrective actions to improve fulfillment outcomes.
- Maintain disciplined operational governance, SOPs, and performance processes.
- Validate local market intelligence to inform central pricing and capacity strategies.
- Strengthen driver relationships through communication and incentive programs.
- Represent the region in central discussions to influence strategy.
- Ensure operations comply with local regulatory frameworks.
- Identify and implement monthly improvements in process and performance.
