Requirements
- Proficient in SQL (BigQuery preferred) with experience in joins and nested schemas.
- Comfortable working with Python for automation, APIs, and ETL workflows.
- Hands-on experience with no-code or low-code automation tools like Zapier or Make.
- Working knowledge of data warehousing and cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred).
- Fluent in English with experience in client-facing roles.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to manage complete financial and operational infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of the Flight Plan from client onboarding through full operational deployment.
- Monitor the health and accuracy of client operational and financial dashboards including P&Ls and revenue tracking.
- Build and maintain automations that connect platforms and remove manual work.
- Audit existing automations and document workflows for team reliance.
- Experiment with LLMs and emerging tools to translate capability into operational value.
- Support leadership in evaluating new platforms and surface clear, well-scoped recommendations.
