Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in product development.
- Agile development experience with internet- or consumer-facing software.
- Demonstrated success leading product initiatives across multiple functions.
- Experience querying and analyzing data to drive solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and communities.
- Comfort working in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify critical problems and guide work for maximum impact.
- Lead development of new products and technical interventions against bad actors.
- Drive a cross-functional team including engineering, design, and data science.
- Perform product planning and feature prioritization based on data and feedback.
- Proactively seek ideas and feedback from user communities.
- Maintain relationships with community members on behalf of WMF.
- Monitor developments in online safety, security, and privacy.
