Requirements
- Background in technical sales, account management, customer success, solution engineering, business development or enterprise sales.
- Organised, proactive, structured, process-driven.
- Comfortable navigating complex customer environments.
- Experienced handling complex solutions.
- Data driven approach to analyse and deliver appropriate solution to meet customer needs.
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Preferably with experience in logistics or cold chain.
Responsibilities
- Become the trusted commercial partner for assigned customers.
- Build long-term relationships and ensure customers continue to realize value.
- Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities for growth.
- Proactively manage risks to customer retention and satisfaction.
- Drive expansion through new use cases, geographies, products, and business units.
- Partner with Business Development teams on strategic sales opportunities.
- Build business cases and value propositions that help customers make decisions.
- Engage senior stakeholders across operations, procurement, quality, and supply chain functions.
