Requirements

  • Background in technical sales, account management, customer success, solution engineering, business development or enterprise sales.
  • Organised, proactive, structured, process-driven.
  • Comfortable navigating complex customer environments.
  • Experienced handling complex solutions.
  • Data driven approach to analyse and deliver appropriate solution to meet customer needs.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferably with experience in logistics or cold chain.

Responsibilities

  • Become the trusted commercial partner for assigned customers.
  • Build long-term relationships and ensure customers continue to realize value.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Proactively manage risks to customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Drive expansion through new use cases, geographies, products, and business units.
  • Partner with Business Development teams on strategic sales opportunities.
  • Build business cases and value propositions that help customers make decisions.
  • Engage senior stakeholders across operations, procurement, quality, and supply chain functions.
