Responsibilities
- Partner with sales as a technical expert during discovery and solution design
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts
- Develop implementation plans for client deployments
- Serve as primary technical contact during onboarding
- Coordinating with engineering and product teams
- Design customer training and documentation
- Synthesize client feedback for product roadmap
- Identify expansion opportunities with Customer Success.
