Requirements
- 6+ years of leadership experience building and scaling global SE teams in SaaS.
- Experience with second-line leadership and organizations with 20+ team members.
- 4-6+ years of hands-on Solutions Engineer experience selling to SMB, Mid Market, Enterprise, and Strategic accounts.
- Demonstrated success leading a multi-layered management structure.
- Strong technical fundamentals with experience coding in JavaScript, Java, or Python.
- Deep understanding of web technologies and architecting scalable solutions.
- Working knowledge of headless solutions, modern commerce stacks, and AI/search applications.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Experience scaling global teams across AMER and EMEA.
- Excellent C-suite communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Lead four Regional Solutions Engineering Managers directly with matrix functional oversight of emerging-markets SE capability.
- Design and execute the global SE operating model, including segment-aligned coverage and clear career paths.
- Partner with global leaders in Customer Success, Revenue, R&D, and Engineering to achieve OKRs.
- Own all aspects of the technical evaluation from discovery through business close.
- Drive the shift to consultative selling including quantified ROI and post-sale optimization.
- Leverage AI tools to improve SE team productivity and deal velocity.
- Strategize on business objectives through Value Engineering and demo engineering.
- Support quarterly quota attainment through technical wins.
- Enforce operational best practices and forecasting accuracy.
- Recruit, develop, and retain senior SE talent and management bench.
