Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience in backend or data/analytics engineering.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience applying LLMs/AI to production workflows.
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/Node.js.
- Experience with Git-based workflows, code review, and testing.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, RAG, function calling, and structured output parsing.
- Experience building multi-agent systems at scale.
- Deep familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Run.
- Understanding of LLM failure modes, confidence thresholds, and cost/latency management.
- Ability to communicate complex technical systems to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development of multi-agent AI systems, from architecture to operation.
- Build modular agentic systems using orchestration frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI.
- Develop reusable agentic skills across various interfaces.
- Implement observability, logging, and model evaluation for AI workflows.
- Establish governance and compliance standards for AI, including PII handling.
- Build APIs, CLIs, and microservices connecting LLMs to business systems.
- Architect data flows for RAG applications.
- Partner with RevOps and Demand Generation teams to scope and automate high-impact business processes.
