Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with depth in backend, systems integration, or data engineering.
- 2+ years hands-on experience applying LLMs/AI to production workflows.
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/Node.js.
- Experience with LLM frameworks, prompt engineering, RAG, and function calling.
- Experience building and operating multi-agent systems at scale.
- Deep familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and serverless/containerized services (Cloud Run).
- Understanding of LLM failure modes, confidence thresholds, and cost/latency management.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot and Cursor.
- Ability to work with minimal direction and communicate complex systems to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development of multi-agent AI systems from architecture to deployment.
- Build modular agentic systems using orchestration frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI.
- Implement observability, performance metrics, and prompt iteration for AI workflows.
- Build backend services and APIs to connect AI models to business systems like BigQuery and CRMs.
- Architect RAG data flows to connect LLMs to internal knowledge bases.
- Partner with Go-to-Market teams to scope high-impact automation problems and deliver solutions.
- Build scalable, self-service automation tools with CI/CD and documentation.
