Requirements
- 2+ years of progressive experience in SaaS support and/or implementation
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with Google docs and MS-office tools
- Experience in SaaS deployment with security software preferred
- Proficiency in leading external customer engagements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of Keeper’s software for all customers including initial deployments of new customers and expansion deployments of existing customers.
- Tailor our solutions to meet the specific needs and objectives of each customer.
- Offer continuous technical support to customers, adeptly troubleshooting issues.
- Proactively recognize and rectify project-related risks and issues.
- Communicate with Spanish and English-speaking customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer configurations and communication.
- Gather feedback from customers and collaborate with the product development team.
- Oversee multiple implementation projects concurrently.
- Maintain consistent and transparent communication of project status.
