Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in supplier onboarding, account management, operations, or content management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operational and technical teams.
- Basic understanding of how APIs deliver pricing, availability, and content.
- Comfortable working with large amounts of data across multiple systems and CRMs.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English with strong written communication skills.
- Marketplace, e-commerce, or travel industry experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support supplier onboarding from initial engagement through activation.
- Manage the onboarding process for assigned suppliers, ensuring a smooth and efficient launch experience.
- Follow established onboarding processes, playbooks, and documentation.
- Track and achieve onboarding KPIs, including time to launch, activation rates, and content quality standards.
- Build and maintain supplier relationships as the primary point of contact.
- Provide guidance, training, and best-practice recommendations to help suppliers succeed.
- Review supplier content to ensure it meets platform standards and quality expectations.
- Partner with suppliers to resolve content gaps and improve overall product quality.
- Work closely with Supply Operations and technical teams to support supplier integrations.
- Identify onboarding bottlenecks and recommend updates to workflows and playbooks.
