Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Trust & Safety with hands-on exposure to automated or scaled enforcement systems.
- Experience with content moderation, scaled enforcement programs, policy interpretation, and real-time incident response.
- Proven experience owning complex escalations end-to-end.
- Strong, independent SQL skills.
- Demonstrated ability to move from data to pattern identification and rule creation.
- AI-literate with an understanding of LLM-based and classifier-driven enforcement systems in production.
- Ability to evaluate errors, interpret metrics, and connect model behavior to policy intent.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary owner of complex Trust & Safety escalations and make final decisions.
- Resolve high-impact cases end-to-end with minimal supervision.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and RevOrg to surface patterns and ensure defensible enforcement.
- Investigate fraud trends using SQL and BI tools.
- Manage the full data-to-action loop from pattern identification to rule implementation.
- Build dashboards to track integrity metrics and platform health.
- Identify policy gaps and propose evidence-based updates.
- Audit moderation workflows and recommend unified approaches.
