Requirements

  • Current and valid multi-state Registered Nurse (RN) or Physician Assistant (PA) licensure.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an active clinical setting.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical quality, patient safety, or risk management role.
  • Experience in MRI, radiology, or oncology is a plus.
  • Familiarity with proactive care culture principles and systemic risk management.
  • Analytical skills to translate data into clinical workflows.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and scale processes.
  • Proficiency in video conferencing, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Willingness to become licensed in additional states as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Process and investigate clinically related patient complaints.
  • Coordinate cross-functional triage with radiology and provider teams.
  • Follow up with patients to provide clarity and clinical education.
  • Prepare and present complex cases for clinical quality review.
  • Manage internal incident reporting and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Translate incident findings into actionable systemic interventions.
  • Partner with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement quality improvement projects.
  • Monitor safety/quality data trends and report monthly to leadership.
  • Conduct staff training on proactive safety culture.
