Requirements
- 3+ years in product operations, technical product management, or data/analytics management at a SaaS company.
- Technical fluency to define instrumentation and write clear engineering requirements.
- Working knowledge of SQL and BI tools for data validation.
- Ability to define measurement requirements for ambiguous problems.
- Business and commercial acumen with strong communication skills.
- Experience building new systems from definition through implementation.
- Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) for daily tasks.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Decide platform measurement metrics and define instrumentation requirements for engineering.
- Maintain accurate usage data aggregated from individual user to account and organization levels.
- Integrate usage data with line-of-business systems including CRM and financial platforms.
- Develop and own customer-facing usage views.
- Extend data models to support new product capabilities.
- Provide structured usage data for business reporting and trend analysis.
- Collaborate with senior product leadership, engineering, and executives to execute data systems.
