Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Executive Assistant, Administrative, or Operations roles
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, spreadsheets, and productivity tools

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across stakeholders
  • Organize internal documents, records, and operational systems
  • Support inbox management and communication coordination when needed
  • Track ongoing projects and ensure tasks are moving forward across teams
  • Help coordinate priorities between internal stakeholders and leadership
  • Assist with process documentation and operational workflows
  • Follow up with team members to ensure deliverables stay on track
  • Create and improve internal systems for operational efficiency
  • Maintain trackers, reporting dashboards, and internal documentation
  • Handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks for leadership
