Requirements
- Proficiency in Monday.com or similar CRM/project management platforms
- Advanced Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) skills
- Google Sheets/Excel: filtering, sorting, and formulas
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or NotebookLM
- Comfort learning automation and workflow platforms
- Experience supporting sales agents or account managers (nice to have)
- Experience with trade marketing programs (nice to have)
- Basic familiarity with Power BI (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary internal contact for independent sales agents, B2B retailers, and digital partners.
- Manage CRM data hygiene and project tracking in Monday.com.
- Use AI tools to summarize meetings, organize follow-ups, and automate task lists.
- Coordinate trade marketing assets and execution reviews.
- Manage digital partner onboarding and asset delivery.
- Support DTC customer retention initiatives.
- Assist in managing AI-led business intelligence systems.
