- Demonstrated track record of achieving renewal and cash collection targets in B2B SaaS or services
- Experience managing customer pipelines using CRM, reporting tools, and forecasting
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, finance, and operations teams
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency
- Ownership and accountability mindset
- Strong analytical and target-focused skills
- Ability to handle tough conversations with empathy
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly renewal rate targets across the Australian client base
- Maintain and improve CSAT scores throughout the renewal lifecycle
- Conduct detailed investigations into customer interactions
- Work cross-functionally with accounting, corpsec, product, and data teams
- Drive cash collection by identifying upsell and upgrade opportunities
- Maintain pipeline management and CRM data hygiene
- Prioritize ticket resolution and proactive outreach
