  • Experience managing customer pipelines using CRM, reporting tools, and forecasting
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, finance, and operations teams
  • Strong written and spoken English proficiency

  • Strong analytical and target-focused skills
  • Ability to handle tough conversations with empathy

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly renewal rate targets across the Australian client base
  • Maintain and improve CSAT scores throughout the renewal lifecycle
  • Conduct detailed investigations into customer interactions
  • Work cross-functionally with accounting, corpsec, product, and data teams
  • Drive cash collection by identifying upsell and upgrade opportunities
  • Maintain pipeline management and CRM data hygiene
  • Prioritize ticket resolution and proactive outreach
