Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success.
- Proven experience carrying a sales target.
- Experience working with SMEs and startups in the Singapore market.
- Ability to handle complex customers and troubleshooting/escalations.
- Proficiency with Tableau, Zendesk, and Hubspot.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to resolve issues via internal and external collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly renewal rate and CSAT targets.
- Conduct detailed investigations into end-to-end customer interactions.
- Drive resolution by working cross-functionally with accounting, corpsec, product, and data teams.
- Achieve monthly cash collection targets through renewal, upsell, and upgrades.
- Manage and track pipeline in a data-driven manner.
- Prioritize ticket resolution to meet monthly targets.
- Improve renewal processes and share best practices.
