Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success.
  • Proven experience carrying a sales target.
  • Experience working with SMEs and startups in the Singapore market.
  • Ability to handle complex customers and troubleshooting/escalations.
  • Proficiency with Tableau, Zendesk, and Hubspot.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to resolve issues via internal and external collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly renewal rate and CSAT targets.
  • Conduct detailed investigations into end-to-end customer interactions.
  • Drive resolution by working cross-functionally with accounting, corpsec, product, and data teams.
  • Achieve monthly cash collection targets through renewal, upsell, and upgrades.
  • Manage and track pipeline in a data-driven manner.
  • Prioritize ticket resolution to meet monthly targets.
  • Improve renewal processes and share best practices.
