Business Immigration Paralegal

Independently manage a high-volume employment-based immigration caseload with accuracy and strong client service.
Prepare and file non-immigrant petitions including H-1B/H-4, L-1A/L-1B/L-2, TN, O-1, and E-3 matters.
Support immigrant processes including PERM, I-140 (EB-1A, EB-1C, EB-2, EB-3), I-485, and EB-2 NIW.
Draft strong, compliant support letters for O-1 and L-1A filings and basic letters for H-1B filings.
Prepare detailed responses for complex RFEs, NOIDs, and PERM audit responses with well-organized exhibits and timelines.
Maintain tight case tracking, calendars, and internal documentation to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders in professional, clear written and verbal English and Spanish.
Provide proactive updates, flag risks early, and keep cases moving.
