- Build and optimize outbound infrastructure across Apollo, CRM, and sales engagement platforms.
- Manage lead list creation, segmentation, data enrichment, and phone-number validation.
- Review SDR call recordings and provide direct coaching on scripts and objection handling.
- Develop and document repeatable SDR playbooks, SOPs, and training materials.
- Execute multichannel campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Analyze outbound funnel performance and SDR metrics to identify and implement process improvements.
