- Manage the Shopify app ecosystem, including troubleshooting integrations and A/B testing.

- Execute email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo, including segmentation, scheduling, and reporting.
- Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and troubleshoot platform-specific issues.
