- Identify and implement solutions for recruiting pipeline bottlenecks.
- Design standardized processes for high-volume hiring.
- Partner with teams to reduce time-to-placement.
- Define, track, and report on recruiting KPIs.
- Own recruiting dashboards and performance reviews.
- Monitor candidate and client touchpoints for satisfaction.
