- Fully own the Meta Ads backend across Facebook and Instagram.
- Build, maintain, and iterate campaign, ad set, and ad architecture.
- Execute daily creative uploads, swaps, and testing across multiple formats.
- Manage budgets, scaling spend and reallocating based on performance signals.
- Optimize across the full funnel within Meta, including prospecting, retargeting and retention.
- Drive performance against core KPIs, including CPA, ROAS, CPM, CTR and CPC.
- Make rapid, data-driven optimizations directly inside Meta Ads Manager.
- Collaborate with creative and growth teams to provide actionable performance feedback.
