- Fully own the Meta Ads backend across Facebook and Instagram
- Build, maintain, and iterate campaign, ad set, and ad architecture
- Execute daily creative uploads, swaps, and testing across multiple formats
- Ensure cleanliness, consistency, and reliability within Ads Manager
- Actively manage budgets, scaling spend and reallocating based on performance signals
- Optimize across the full funnel within Meta, including prospecting, retargeting and retention
- Drive performance against core KPIs, including CPA, ROAS, CPM, CTR and CPC
- Make rapid, data-driven optimizations directly inside Meta Ads Manager
- Maintain accuracy and execution discipline in a high-volume environment
- Respond quickly to performance shifts, creative fatigue, and pacing needs
- Ensure changes are implemented within hours - not days
- Collaborate closely with creative and growth teams to support channel objectives
- Provide clear, actionable feedback on creative performance and testing outcomes
- Support execution requests with same-day turnaround when required
- Translate performance insights into execution-ready updates for stakeholders
