Requirements:

• A law degree or equivalent legal background.
• Strong regulatory compliance knowledge and judgment.
• 5+ years of experience in compliance, legal program management, or risk management.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply complex regulations and statutes.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage regulatory requirements for clinicians licensed in different states, including understanding state-specific regulations.
• Implement supervision agreements and monitor clinician compliance.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements for the company’s multiple entities, including managing registrations and report filings.
• Oversee HIPAA compliance, maintaining policies and conducting training.
• Provide advisory support to the Head of Clinical Operations and Compliance, reviewing contractor agreements and collaborating with legal counsel.
