Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant work experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Optimizely, VWO.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent understanding of PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, and other performance marketing channels.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and campaign analysis.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) and customer journey mapping.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Identify and prioritize key performance marketing channels, including PPC, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various paid channels.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad creation, and bid management.
- Optimize campaigns continuously to improve key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
- Monitor spend and performance daily to ensure campaigns stay within budget and deliver expected results.
- Make data-driven decisions to reallocate budget as needed to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with the web development team to optimize landing pages and conversion paths.
- Utilize heatmaps and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
