Requirements
- Senior-level experience managing complex B2B SaaS products
- Proven ownership of a product area or major initiatives
- Strong product judgment and ability to make tradeoffs in ambiguous environments
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in professional product workflows
- Ability to simplify complexity and utilize data and customer evidence for decisions
- Comfort in technical domains with credibility among engineering partners
- Bias toward focus and shipping narrow to learn quickly
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Own ChiliCal, Ecosystem, and Handoff end to end from market evidence through adoption and business impact
- Define the target customer and first audience for product bets
- Identify problems to solve and translate complex workflows into clear product direction
- Define value, viability, priority, and success metrics
- Monitor real usage and adoption post-launch to shape future iterations
- Ensure coherence across ChiliCal, Ecosystem, and Handoff surfaces
- Partner with Product Design on user experience and enablement
- Partner with Product Engineering Lead on technical viability and delivery
