Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Product Management within FinTech, Enterprise SaaS, or Financial Operations software.
- Direct focus on Quote-to-Cash, Account Receivables Automation, and/or Complex Billing/Subscription Management.
- In-depth understanding of billing best practices, AR workflows, and payments.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, specifically Oracle NetSuite.
- Technical fluency to engage with engineering and understand API capabilities.
- Proven ability to analyze market data and competitive landscapes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Track record of bringing complex Q2C or Billing products from conception to launch.
- Experience working in agile development environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a compelling, actionable product strategy and vision for the Quote-to-Cash suite.
- Mentor, inspire, and empower a diverse team of product managers, product analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Architect and execute a scalable roadmap.
- Guide the synthesis of customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership to ensure cohesive product delivery.
