- Track record shipping enterprise software end-to-end
- Comfortable in code-adjacent work and reading data/SQL
- Experience prototyping with low-code tools or light scripting
- Proven 'many hats' operator mindset
- Strong understanding of software development processes
- Ability to make sound technical trade-offs
- Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence
- Experience translating customer signals into product requirements
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and strategy for the organization
- Partner hands-on with engineering and the field team to unblock execution
- Rapidly prototype new features using mockups, specs, and working proofs of concept
- Write crisp PRDs and define success metrics and KPIs
- Prioritize ruthlessly by business value and technical feasibility
- Balance platform investment against customer-specific delivery
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Present plans and outcomes to executive leadership
- Build and grow the product function and mentor team members
