- Serve as the technical subject matter expert in customer engagements, leading discovery conversations that uncover technical and financial pain points
- Ask thoughtful, targeted questions and actively listen to customer responses to identify underlying challenges and opportunities
- Create and lead tailored technical demos, product walkthroughs, installs, and platform enablement sessions based on customer needs
- Translate customer infrastructure and cloud usage patterns into clear, relevant Archera platform solutions and value narratives
- Support proof-of-concept engagements and guide customers through evaluating the operational and financial impact of Archera’s platform
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Alliance, and Partner teams to move deals forward and ensure technical alignment throughout the sales cycle
- Build trusted relationships with engineering, DevOps, FinOps, and finance stakeholders by demonstrating both technical expertise and strong communication skills
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to relay customer feedback and influence ongoing product development
