Requirements
- Track record of successfully shipping products in a technical or infrastructure domain
- Comfort with data infrastructure concepts including warehousing, pipelines, orchestration, and data modeling
- Multidisciplinary approach combining technical depth with business judgment
- Ability to manage a broad scope without losing clarity
- Strong communication and influencing skills with engineers, data practitioners, and senior stakeholders
- Drive to understand the needs of internal customers
- Ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate without perfect information
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap across the full Pipeline Management group
- Partner closely with Engineering leads to move from ambiguous problem to shipped solution
- Drive alignment and build shared understanding across DWI and with cross-functional partners
- Navigate real cost and infrastructure constraints such as Snowflake spend and legacy system migrations
- Champion the developer and data user experience by pushing for self-service capabilities
- Use data to identify opportunities, set measurable goals, and iterate based on results
- Shape a team culture that values reliability, transparency, and continuous improvement
