Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning.
- Deep knowledge of event planning and logistics.
- Proficiency with event registration technologies (Cvent, EventSpark, or similar).
- Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM system.
- Ability to direct operations for events in multiple markets from a remote position.
- Ability to make judgement calls in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage event intake, planning, logistics, venue booking, and vendor contracts.
- Supervise event setup, execution, and teardown.
- Collaborate on event collateral, invitations, and registration management.
- Maintain vendor relationships and updated vendor lists.
- Create and manage Salesforce marketing campaigns for local events.
- Track event attendance, ROI, and process post-event surveys.
- Reconcile event spend vs. budget and track costs.
- Ensure systematic documentation and tracking of event leads.
- Intake and assess local sponsorship and special project requests.
