Legal Operations Coordinator
  • Own end-to-end contract lifecycle process including intake, triage, routing, and archiving.
  • Administer e-signature tools and troubleshoot user issues.
  • Manage legal vendor relationships, tracking renewals and check-ins.
  • Document SOX processes and gather audit evidence cross-functionally.
