Requirements

  • Have 5+ years building, operating, and maintaining production system integrations.
  • Have experience with integrations involving platforms such as NetSuite, HighJump, or similar ERP/WMS systems.
  • Have strong software engineering fundamentals, including designing pipelines and debugging them under pressure.
  • Have hands-on experience with AI tools; agent frameworks or MCP experience is preferred.
  • Be able to make progress with rough direction rather than a finished specification.
  • Bring enough security instinct to assess what agents should and should not be able to access.
  • Have experience evaluating and becoming productive with unfamiliar frameworks, languages, or platforms.
  • Be able to turn vague problems into concrete work, bring others along, and ship solutions.
  • Have a background with Airflow, Airbyte, or similar data-pipeline infrastructure.
  • Be able to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical people.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance integrations connecting NetSuite, HighJump, the data warehouse, and adjacent systems.
  • Rebuild integration flows on better infrastructure when appropriate and simplify or consolidate the integration landscape.
  • Build Grove Brain from its early stage into a durable internal platform.
  • Design and implement connectors and tools that let agents act on Grove systems.
  • Help define and build agent authentication, access controls, and auditing in partnership with security and infrastructure teams.
  • Help teams troubleshoot integration and agent problems, including connectors and permissions.
  • Use AI tools in development while maintaining code quality and standards.
  • Own the performance, stability, and maintainability of shipped code.
