Requirements
- Bring 7+ years of experience building systems that hold up at scale.
- Have deep fluency in Python and production-grade data engineering.
- Have experience building production AI/LLM systems, including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and tool integrations such as MCP servers.
- Be proficient with Airflow and dbt, with an understanding of data modeling and ETL principles.
- Have experience provisioning and managing cloud data resources in AWS, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and EKS.
- Be familiar with Snowflake or a comparable modern cloud data warehouse.
- Be able to work cross-functionally with analysts and data scientists and translate their needs into infrastructure.
- Use AI in your work and stay curious about emerging AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale reliable, performant data pipelines for ingestion into Snowflake.
- Design and ship agentic systems for automated data pipeline generation, testing, and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain ML pipelines that help data scientists operationalize models and integrate them with data infrastructure.
- Implement and improve data monitoring across complex, multi-system user journeys.
- Collaborate with Analytics Engineers on data modeling and the reliability of shared data assets.
- Partner with product, analyst, and ML teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions from ingestion to advanced analytics and AI.
