Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical project delivery, program management, AI operations, or a related field.
- Familiarity with workflow automation platforms such as N8N, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
- Experience managing technical contractors, freelancers, or vendor partnerships to successfully deliver projects.
- Comfortable working with leading AI models and tools, including Claude, GPT, Gemini, or similar technologies.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills, with the ability to create clear requirements and implementation plans.
- Understanding of AI systems, LLM integrations, automation workflows, and retrieval-based solutions.
- Experience using project and delivery management tools such as Monday.com, Linear, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects to completion.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a network of freelance AI specialists, identifying top talent and maintaining a strong bench of trusted contributors.
- Lead multiple AI projects from kickoff to launch, ensuring smooth execution, clear communication, and on-time delivery.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and partner with engineering leaders to design scalable, effective solutions.
- Promote strong documentation and knowledge sharing to support team collaboration and long-term success.
- Monitor and support AI systems and automation workflows, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact users.
- Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex challenges, providing clear context and recommendations for resolution.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and production releases, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful launches and adoption.
