Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical project delivery, program management, AI operations, or a related field.
- Familiarity with workflow automation platforms such as N8N, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
- Experience managing technical contractors, freelancers, or vendor partnerships.
- Comfortable working with leading AI models and tools, including Claude, GPT, Gemini, or similar technologies.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
- Understanding of AI systems, LLM integrations, automation workflows, and retrieval-based solutions.
- Experience using project and delivery management tools such as Monday.com, Linear, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a network of freelance AI specialists.
- Lead multiple AI projects from kickoff to launch.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Promote strong documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor and support AI systems and automation workflows.
- Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex challenges.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and production releases.
