- Deliver responsive, high-touch service that drives renewals and grows partnerships across print and digital platforms.
- Provide white-glove support for clients and Area Directors.
- Gather assets, set up campaigns, and conduct post-launch check-ins.
- Maintain CRM and billing records and resolve account questions.
- Renew clients and identify cross-sell or up-sell opportunities.
- Manage client accounts across ongoing services and retainers.
- Analyze and report on service performance, SLAs, and client outcomes.
- Maintain process documentation, playbooks, and workflows.
