Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in the legal or consulting industry.
- 8+ years of experience in legal tech assessments, requirements gathering, and system implementation.
- Proven experience implementing contracting tools and data migration/integration.
- Demonstrated understanding of AI contract technology landscape (e.g., Harvey, Legora).
- Experience with CLM systems such as Agiloft, Ironclad, Malbek, Luminance, or Ivo.
- 8+ years in a customer-facing role delivering projects and managing resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, CS, Software Engineering, Info Science, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, or Data & Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in IT implementation methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, iterative).
- Expertise in IT project management and corporate IT frameworks.
- Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
Responsibilities
- Lead project management for implementation projects, including budgets, resourcing, and status updates.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to document business and technical requirements.
- Advise clients on integrating existing technologies for legal operations.
- Oversee system configuration, testing, and data migration processes.
- Define and orchestrate change management strategies for user adoption.
- Develop training curricula and lead end-user/admin training sessions.
- Participate in business development activities, including proposals and SOW development.
- Mentor and coach junior staff on project execution and technical skills.
