Requirements
- 6–12+ years of experience in federal business development and capture management
- Deep understanding of the full BD lifecycle
- Knowledge of pre-RFP shaping, capture strategy, and federal acquisition processes
- Experience with IDIQs, GWACs, and other contract vehicles
- Existing relationships within DSCA, COCOMs, or Service components
- Ability to support technical and cost proposal development
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Active Secret clearance
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize new business opportunities across DoW
- Expand client base and communicate value proposition
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve annual revenue growth targets
- Own and manage the DoW pipeline and CRM records
- Lead end-to-end capture efforts including win themes and pricing considerations
- Drive pre-RFP shaping and lead internal gate reviews
- Build and maintain a network of primes and subcontractors
- Support technical and cost proposal development
