- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to exceed client goals.
- Lead proactive client meetings to review performance and align on strategy.
- Analyze service trends to develop and implement process improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.
- Support sales and implementation efforts through expertise.
- Manage and resolve client escalations with urgency.
- Leverage data to prepare and deliver client-facing reports.
