Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in developing client relationships.
  • High energy and drive with negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Strong typing skills for data entry.
  • Ability to travel periodically to client locations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the non-technical point of contact for assigned Managed Services accounts.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and resolve concerns in a timely manner.
  • Proactively interface with accounts via ad-hoc check-ins and routine status meetings.
  • Develop and maintain meeting notes and prioritize follow-up items.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to recommend technology improvements to clients.
  • Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual Strategic Planning Meetings.
  • Drive relationship growth through scheduled in-person meetings.
  • Manage onboarding for new clients and contacts.
  • Process hardware/software renewals and review client invoices for accuracy.
